About Delta Catastrophe
Your Trusted Partner in Catastrophe Response and Disaster Recovery
Who We Are
Delta Catastrophe was founded to solve a specific problem: property loss events were producing high claim volumes but inconsistent, incomplete documentation — slowing payments, increasing disputes, and frustrating every party in the process. We built our company around the idea that better operational structure and standardized documentation practices could fix that.
We are the vendor network. Our role is to coordinate our qualified contractors, enforce documentation standards, conduct quality reviews, and deliver complete claim files — so carriers get the information they need and contractors get paid fairly and quickly.
What We Handle
Our vendor network is experienced across the full range of catastrophic loss types:
- Wind and hail damage
- Flood and water intrusion
- Fire and smoke damage
- Tornado and severe storm events
- Tree impact and structural damage
For each loss type, we apply the same standardized documentation protocols — photo reports, Xactimate or Symbility estimates, and signed work authorizations — ensuring every file is adjuster-ready from the start.
How We're Structured
Carrier-First Design
Our processes are built around carrier guidelines — from pricing platforms to reporting formats — so our deliverables fit cleanly into existing adjuster workflows.
QA on Every File
Every assignment is reviewed before submission. Photos, estimates, and documentation are checked for completeness before they reach the adjuster.
Vetted Vendor Network
Contractors are licensed, insured, background-screened, and subject to ongoing performance review. We do not use unverified labor.
Scalable by Design
Our coordination model is built to handle both individual property assignments and large-scale loss surges across multiple states simultaneously.
Our Coverage Area
Eight states across the Gulf Coast and Southeast corridor.
